Summary

add Solarized Light and Solarized Dark theme options
register both themes in theme picker and theme loader
ensure Mermaid diagrams render in dark mode for solarized-dark

Testing

switched themes in Settings → Preferences → Theme
verified memo list, editor, and calendar styles
verified Mermaid diagrams switch to dark theme when using Solarized Dark
