Setup

1. Clone the repo to your local machine git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/ucubesat/WeatherBalloonSoftware
2. Create a virtual environment at the same level as the repo python -m venv fprime-venv
3. Enter the virutal environment
4. Run pip install fprime-tools
5. Reference the libcamera library for build instructions here https://github.com/raspberrypi/libcamera
