Update FAQ to include installation instructions for Claude Code

Documentation improvements for Claude Code integration:

• Updated the answer to explain that the recommended approach is to install the Project CodeGuard Claude Code plugin (Agent Skill), which enables automatic application of security rules.
• Added example shell commands for installing the plugin and instructions for enabling it for all contributors via .claude/settings.json.
• Included a reference to the Claude Code Plugin documentation for further details and troubleshooting.
