Yes. They should be. These are values which our controllers and admission plugins interpret from other API objects about our resources. I did expect a few more, but we can start with these to unstick ourselves downstream. /lgtm |

This came out when working on openshift/origin#20532. I've talked with @deads2k and he stated that these fields should be part of the image API thus this PR.
