Run button changes to debug button forever

Instead of the usual run python button at the top right I get only the debug button as default.
I always have to got to the drop down menu and choose run but the button does not change to the normal run mode without debugging.
I also see in the dropdown menu %debugpy.command.debugInTerminal.title%
The only way to get the run button back is to disable or uninstall the debugger extension.

Can you try the latest prerelease version? That should at least fix the title problem.

I'm not sure how VS code decides what buttons to put there though. We simply provide a list of buttons. I believe VS code determines what the default is.
