Release announcement post for 4.5 is broken

The styling/layout of https://devblogs.microsoft.com/typescript/announcing-typescript-4-5/ is busted: there's no table of contents, code blocks are wonky, spacing and other formatting is broken if you scroll down the page, etc. From inspecting the source it seems that the rest of the article contents are getting shoved inside the div.highlight for the second code block in the article (maybe there's a missing </div>?). The release announcements for other versions I've checked seem fine.

Apologies if this isn't the preferred way to report such issues.

It's fine, thanks for letting us know! It's unfortunately the consequence of how devblogs controls styles. I've updated 4.5 which was particularly bad, and the final/stable announcement posts all the way back to at least 4.2, maybe 4.1. Unfortunately, making a handful of HTTP requests might have gotten me in trouble.
