update to fastlane 2.232.1 using bundler 4.0.6

Update to use the current release for fastlane

This updates from 2.231.0 to 2.232.1

Test

• Performed a build loopfollow using docs-test GitHub organization
• Removed push notifications capability from LoopFollow Identifier and ran Add Identifiers, confirmed the capability was restored
• Deleted certificate and confirm build created a new one

Updated comment - I see that fastlane added a commit today to update to faraday 1.10.5.
Sounds like we should do that update as well.

I copied the changes from this commit of fastlane into the Gemfile.lock file:

• fastlane/fastlane@1fdfd21

I then tested that:

• remove Push Notifications capability, run Add Identifiers and confirm capability is restored
• revoke my distribution certificate, run Build LoopFollow and it succeeded after doing nuke certs

After the test was successful, I pushed the commit to this PR.
