Add Coordination & Planning Team agents for Agile project management

This PR adds 10 new agent definitions that implement a comprehensive Coordination & Planning Team for GitHub repositories, inspired by Agile methodologies and project management best practices.

New Agents Added

Core Management

• Project Manager Agent - Orchestrates development process and timeline, assigns tasks to other agents, tracks progress against deadlines, and resolves bottlenecks
• Product Owner Agent - Prioritizes features and bug fixes based on user needs, maintains the product backlog, and ensures alignment with product vision
• Scrum Master Agent - Ensures Agile practices are followed, facilitates team coordination, and actively removes impediments

Task & Communication Management

• Task Decomposer Agent - Breaks down complex issues into smaller, actionable subtasks that can be tackled in parallel
• Communication Liaison Agent - Serves as interface between agent teams and stakeholders, compiles progress updates and status reports

Quality & Risk Management

• Risk Analyst Agent - Identifies potential project risks, analyzes impact and likelihood, recommends mitigation strategies
• Quality Assurance Lead Agent - Plans and oversees testing activities, ensures test coverage, coordinates with testing teams
• Integration Coordinator Agent - Ensures components work together cohesively, orchestrates end-to-end testing

Knowledge & Resource Management

• Knowledge Manager Agent - Maintains shared knowledge repository, documents architectural decisions and coding conventions
• Resource Manager Agent - Monitors computational resources and budget, optimizes allocation across agent teams

Implementation Details

Each agent follows the established repository patterns:

• YAML frontmatter with appropriate permissions and tool access
• Includes shared team issue component for coordination
• Role-specific job descriptions with detailed workflows
• Proper AI attribution footers and error handling
• Consistent markdown structure and formatting

The agents are designed to work together as a cohesive team while maintaining clear boundaries and responsibilities. They support the full software development lifecycle from planning through deployment.

Updated Documentation

The README.md has been updated to include installation instructions for all new agents, organized under a "Coordination & Planning Team" section.
