Updated references to Traefik’s official domain from traefik.containo.us to traefik.io to align with the latest documentation and official website.

For various reasons, many users will stay with IngressRoute and won't switch to Gateway API.
And I am one of them :). So, I made my own build with this PR.
It worked like a charm on both dev env and production.

@stefanprodan @aryan9600 This PR fixes multiples open issues and is quite straightforward.

Any chance that it can be reviewed 🙏 ? Anything I can do to help get this PR merged ?

this had to be unfortunately closed because the fork was using the main branch as the base branch and thus could not be rebased by me. this PR is superseded by #1835.
