Seems that there's an issue with the old pytest version and some pytest plugins being used. Also psutil has no python3.10 wheels. So this needs a bit more work than I expected.

All should be working now with benchmark and test dependencies separated. As an added bonus, dependencies of both test and benchmark tox envs are slightly smaller.
