UI render failure

I have a weird issue, the UI does not render properly:

I've attached the HTML - it appears to contain unprocessed template data.
postprocess.html.zip

I'm not sure how to debug it.

There aren't any to select, I'm trying to create my first one, but the rest of the form doesn't show.

This happens both on Firefox and Chrome.

Hello @deece is this a standard emonBase/emonPi2 install?
This is working fine for me so not sure what's going wrong.
One thing to try is to see what comes up in the browser console?
