Swift TypeScript Python Go Shell Claude Home Assistant iOS

I'd rather ship a prototype than polish a spec. By day I lead product and design for on-demand care and Health AI at One Medical. By night I build CLI tools, native apps, and whatever scratches the itch — currently running a 3,860-entity Home Assistant setup and deeply involved in agentic AI.
