Debian 11 is rather old, although it's an LTS, it uses an EOL OpenSSL version as mentioned in several locations. We can't support this version in Vaultwarden since there are to many differences between the two versions of OpenSSL.

We can't support this version in Vaultwarden since there are to many differences between the two versions of OpenSSL.
There are two options:
vendored_opensslfeature, which will build and link the OpenSSL v3.5 version currently used by the openssl-src crate.
