Added documentation to the
README.mdfile about all methods that are exposed by theRandomizationHelperclass.Motivation and Context
In order to have complex randomization features, we need to polish the simple ones. Moreover, we need to present them somehow to the consumers of
TryAtSoftware.Randomizerand the best way to achieve this is throughout a good and accessible documentation.
