First issue: you are using the "old" PowerShell. Highly suggest you move over to the new PowerShell that is just called "PowerShell" and not "Windows PowerShell". The old one is not really updated any more.
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 22621.4317 Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0 only ships with Windows PowerShell, not PowerShell.
You should probably list the "PowerShell, not Windows Powershell" as a prerequist in the README, and link to the Windows store. :-)
