TestConnect an expired Medtrum patch to the pump manager with Loop and this branch. After priming starts - the expired message appears. I am not able to test nominal looping behavior with the expired patch. |

This PR brings in the dev updates (from v3.9.0 to v3.9.1) to the feat/dev-medtrum branch.
There is no change to the MedtrumKit branch at this time.
WARNING Use of MedtrumKit is still very experimental with both Loop and Trio.
