Enable arbitrary feature builds by deriving arbitrary::Arbitrary for EdgeReference, EntityReference, and the remaining command structs that depend on them (QueryEntityTypeWithPoint, QueryEntityType, and Solid3dCutEdgeReferences). This resolves all-features lint/coverage failures caused by transitive trait-bound errors in modeling-cmds.
