Fully implement IRCrypt Light #5
Description
This implementation is still rudimentary. It needs some work so that the whole (IRCrypt lite)[https://github.com/IRCrypt/documentation/blob/master/ircrypt-protocol.md] protocol is supported. At the moment, the support is limited to symmetric encryption of public channels only.
