Student Developer Pack Benefits not Provided

Hi everyone,

I was accepted for the Student GitHub Developer Pack last year, but I just now realized that I am not receiving the benefits of the pack itself. I tried to reapply, but it says that I already have a coupon applied even though I don't. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

@DhritiKohli maybe you haven't gone through the add ons that are needed to activate the benfits like 2FA and setting up profile and once its accepted then you must receive a id verification mail then you can activate it successfully.

I have already completed 2FA, profile setup, and accepted the ID verification email, but I still don't receive the benefits.
