Attempting to upgrade to Github Pro

I have money in my bank - I added my debit card - I click "upgrade to pro" and I get this error.

Your account is currently locked due to a failed billing authorization. Please update your payment information. Please visit https://support.github.com.

That was from my first attempt to upgrade - I got offered a free trial so I took it (attempted to) but because my card didn't have the "minimum $1 USD" in my account at the time I got screwed over (the system did not give me the free trial) and now that I DO have money (not much just $20 I borrowed off my brother) - despite switching cards - It simply won't allow me to subscribe.

I've never had trouble GIVING my money away before. 😂 Nice job Microsoft. First you ignore this for almost a month: microsoft/autogen#7164 and now you block a user from subscribing.

Fix your damn system and stop wasting my time.

P.S: Also someone give me a damn job to do so I'm not broke anymore; I single-handedly modernized google's github-go library (added Iterator, Open telemetry & sped up stringify by 3x) First two pending merge (fixing linting issues) last one successfully merged.

And now my sovereign guard for Microsoft Autogen.

So anyone need work done and can pay ASAP let me know - The cognitive dissonance of being a pro and having no mo is killing me.
