Account Flagged – Unable to Add Collaborators & my PRs Not Visible to Others

I recently discovered that my GitHub account has been flagged. As a result, I'm unable to add collaborators to my repositories. Additionally, in repositories where I am a contributor, my pull requests are only visible to me and not to others in the repo.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
