Hello anyone can help me to fix my problem?

I don't know why i can't get content from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/.
Last month i still can get content from https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ but now i can't get content from this.
Example link is https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Jancoeks/303/main/test.php if you open it 404 not found.

Please help me to fix it because it impact to my work, i using this way get content from raw github user.
