AGENTS.md

It would be beneficial to add AGENTS.md to this monorepo, since it serves as a good example of a full stack app that contains many good patterns and best practices.

I imagine adding AGETNS.md recursively throughput the monorepo, starting from the root:

backend/AGENTS.md
backend/app/AGENTS.md
backend/tests/AGENTS.md
...
frontend/AGETNS.md
frontend/src/AGENTS.md
frontend/tests/AGENTS.md
...
AGENTS.md

Apart from the usual description of the content of the given folder, each AGENTS.md would contain a 'preamble' where there would be references to relevant AGENTS.md placed in various parts of the project.

SKILL.md

The SKILL.md files would server as a complementary source of instructions for coding agents to execute a certain type of task - e.g. add/change/remove REST endpoints, manage unit tests, add/change/remove UI component.

Other - SDD

Later, SDD (Spec-Driven-Development) frameworks like Spec Kit could be added.
